A 5 Night/4 Day journey inward through Activation Breathwork to access the deeply buried trauma from past lives, childhood, and life in the military. In the safety of this container, surrounded by fellow Vets who are likewise suffering, you will have the opportunity to access buried emotions and feelings that haunt your daily life. To be freed from your demons that have wreaked havoc upon your life and the lives of your loved ones, is the goal of this offering.
Together in Brotherhood Ocean will guide you through intense Breathwork journeys and hold space for you to Let Go and Surrender to the fears and shame you have been unwilling to walk through alone. Ocean will allow you to release everything with no judgement as you battle the beasts within. As one releases in the group, the others will be given permission to also release and the energy created will be like nothing you’ve ever known.

Retreat Details
The specially created musical playlist are designed to work from the Root Chakra up through the Crown Chakra creating a pelvic floor energy release upward through your 33 vertebrae that some call a “Kundalini Release’ or “Somatic Release”. You will learn how to use your breath to become the master of your energetic system and no longer a slave to it.
Ocean’s Alchemical Process includes spending time at The Sedona Wolf Sanctuary as you connect with the healing energy of Wolf Medicine and walk a Native American Medicine Wheel. There will also be a journey in a Native Sweat Lodge where you will burn off everything no longer serving you. There will be a hike in the red rock mountains of Sedona, AZ where Ocean will guide you through a rebirthing process to bring your inner child back home to play.
As a group processing practice the group will paint on canvas as a form of expressing what is being revealed. There will be quiet time to write your resentments you’ve been harboring that poison your soul. One by one the group will stand at the fire and do a cord cutting ceremony to remove any residue hate has created. You will create new boundaries anchored in self-love and we will talk about how to hold your new boundaries upon returning home.
There will be a group created of all the participants in order to hold space for one another during tough times and triggering moments.
